1-2                Rock forward with L foot (1), Recover weight back to R foot (2),

3&4         Step back with L foot (3), Step together with R (&), Step back with L foot (4),

5-6                Rock back with R foot (5), Recover weight forward to L foot (6),

7&8         Step forward with R foot (7), Step together with L (&), Step forward with R foot (8).

 

STEP, ˝ TURN RIGHT, FORWARD CHA, STEP, ˝ TURN LEFT, FORWARD CHA

1-2                Step forward L foot (1), Turn ˝ turn right, shifting weight to R foot (2),

3&4         Step forward with L foot (3), Step together with R (&), Step forward with L foot (4),

5-6                Step forward with R foot (5), Turn ˝ turn left, shifting weight to L foot (6),

7&8         Step forward with R foot (7), Step together with L (&), Step forward with R foot (8).
