1,2                   Walk forward on right  walk forward on left

3,4                   Touch right behind left, step right foot next to left

5&6                 Triple step (LRL) while turning ½ turn left

7&8                 Kick right foot forward, step on ball of right foot next to left, step left foot

                        Next to right

Syncopated Cross & Heel, Cross & Unwind ½ Turn Left, Hold, Clap Clap

1&2                 Cross right over left, shift weight to left, touch right heel forward

&3&4              Step right foot next to left, cross left over right, shift weight to right, touch left heel forward

&5,6                Step left foot next to right, cross right over left, unwind ½ turn to left,

7,8                   Hold 7, clap clap

 

Long Side Step To Right, Shimmy Shoulders Stepping Left Next To Right, Long Side Step To Left, Shimmy Shoulders & Stepping Right Next To Left, Heel Chug ¾ Turn Left

1,2                   Long side step to right, shimmy shoulders while stepping left next to right

3,4                   Long side step to left, shimmy shoulders while stepping right next to left

5-8                   Leaving ball of left foot on floor, touch heel slightly forward in a pumping action

                        Turn ¾ to left.  For attitude:  Both arms bent and held at waist level working with right

                        Knee pumps.
